My feelings of affection for legendary lawyer/real estate agent/dentist Orly Taitz are well known.
I spend many of my days pining away for the possibility of sitting with the luminous Dr. Taitz exposing the Kenyan heritage of our do-nothing president. The fact that Obama has accomplished nothing (other than a continuation of Bush Era policies on executive power and the War on Terror Global Struggle Against Violent Extremism) just proves that all people from Africa are lazy. Or at least unable to use filibuster-proof majorities of Congress to accomplish basic campaign promises.
So imagine the pitter patter of my heart when I heard that Orly is nearby. She’s over in Georgia, filing lawsuits that are getting tossed out of court in the middle district of our neighboring state. Judge Clay Land wrote a widely-circulated 14-page opinion, ripping Taitz, calling her a birther and threatening her with a $10,000 fine. In case you didn’t know, for a judge to slam a lawyer like that and put the burden on the attorney to show that the lawsuit isn’t baseless, well, that’s unusual.
Judge Land won’t be hearing the claims of the Army captain who claims that she can’t be deployed because Obama isn’t, like, our president and stuff. In fact, Judge Land may be crushing Taitz beneath his George W. Lifetime Appointed Boot pretty soon.
Taitz, for her part, has fired back, asking Land to take himself off the case. According to a local paper, she:
* Says that Land may have improperly been in contact with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder (because she saw them in a coffee shop together).
* Says that Land’s ownership of stock in Microsoft and Comcast could give the judge a financial stake in the outcome.
* Likens her plight to that of the late civil rights icon Thurgood Marshall in the 1940s and ’50s.
And that’s why Orly is an American hero and a model jurist for us all. Also, this is the most banging Orly Taitz Remix EVAR. I anxiously await her melding with Michael Steele to become a new mutant super hybrid head of the Republican Party. Clearly she should put down the dental tools and come to Alabama and run for governor.
The birthers, the tea baggers, the screamers, and the deathers continued extreme minority presence will become tiresome to mainstream America, if it has not already done so. To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true, if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess they were in on it. In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme religious right (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”. I heard that she now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Sanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC).
I’m all for Orly. She finally found a judge who will listen to her truths about where Obama was born. Even his grandmother and siblings say they were there, in person in Kenya while he was being born. No one will listen. The website I attached shows in 2004 that research was done in order to write an article on the senator back in 2004. Not all Democrats but many seem to ignore it all.

Wow… I just stumbled upon this site when I goggeled Orly Taitz to find out more about this insane woman. It scares the hell out of me that there are really stupid people like you and Orly running around loose. Please get some help.
Mark, if you are truly scared, you will be a failure. You must overcome your fear. It is the mind killer. If things on the Internet freak you out, it might even compel you to “Goggel” other things. And then other things! There are so many people “running around loose” out there! OMG! Thanks for leaving us a comment!
I am a black man, a democrat, and I voted for Obama and let me fill you white people in on a little secret. We all know he was born in Kenya and we don’t care because we are proud to have the First Black President even though he wasn’t born here. He has many times called himself Kenyan-Born when he was in Chicago Politics and was referred to as the Kenyan candidate all the time back then and he never corrected it because it was the truth. We all know it and we love it. We in the Black Community laugh at all you white liberals and your blogs and your uppity statements. Ya’ll aren’t worth nothing but thank you for helping us get a Black Man to the White House.
har har, yeah right alex… i foresee “alex’s” comment being quoted soon on some troofer forum as further “proof” that obama aint-one-of-us… “see! even the blacks say so!” is that orly herself behind that screen?

Wait, Obama is BLACK?!?!?!
WTF???
I thought he was white. His mom is white, right? By Jewish law that means he would get the white passed down through the maternal side, right? And his awesome uncle who we saw at the nomination acceptance speech was white, right? Still, in America, “black people” generally are descended from African slaves brought to this country against their will and subjected to generations of exploitation and discrimination. What about somebody who is actually HALF AFRICAN and HALF WHITE AMERICAN? Does that still count as “black?” He is obviously “African American,” but he hasn’t descended from families subjected to generations of enslavement and discrimination. Does that still count as “Black?” Sounds closer to “white” to me–he clearly isn’t “black enough” to be “REALLY” black!
I know his wife self-identifies as black, and that her family seems to have descended from slaves, even though I have hear rumor that she had a white ancestor that nobody talks about. So, even if Michelle is “black,” that means their kids are white too, since her “white side” would make more white than black in their kids, right? Over 50% white means you are white, right? Race is binary, so you can only be black or white, right? Nothing in between has a true label, and since we don’t have a good label for it, nobody can be in-between categories, right?
Or are the rules more awkward than that? What if somebody is “none of the above?” Are we still working under the old 1/64th rule, or whatever the hell that was? Is it like trying to get Native American gambling revenue in which one has to prove a certain percentage of “blood purity?” (Oh, shit, now we are delving into Harry Potter territory! Got to stay on topic. . . )
Oh, now I remember! Having grown up in Alabama how could I forget? If somebody doesn’t look like me (straight hair, pale skin, colorful eyes), they are automatically “Black!” Who cares if they have more “white” ancestry than “black” ancestry, they HAVE to be black since they don’t look like me! And who cares if they have more brown tones in their skin than “Black” tones, we still have to call them “Black,” right, even though it doesn’t make any sense at all. Even if they come from India or Australia, they still LOOK like people that are descended from Africans, so they have to be “black,” right? Well, the don’t really ACTUALLY look African at all, but they have a similar skin color, and skin color defines identity, right? How could I have forgotten?!?!
OR, is this whole categorization of race sorely outdated? Should we maintain the system in which we force individuals to self identify as “one or the other” rather than both? Should our concepts of race embrace fluidity over absolute classifications?
What the hell am I thinking? Of course not! How else would be know what box to check on the census or SAT?? Now it is all so clear! Thanks, Alex, for showing me how “uppity” my thinking was getting!
